Flying tomorrow. What can still be arranged?

You have just discovered you need an entry authorization. The first question is not what it costs — it is whether you will make it. So let us start there.

Processing times, destination by destination

The table is ordered by price, but the column that matters to you right now is the middle one. Note these are official windows, not promises — an application referred for manual review takes longer, and no government guarantees a turnaround.

What can realistically be done in a day or two

Four mistakes that cause delays exactly when you are rushing

And if there really is no time

Some destinations still have a route: Thailand lets you complete the arrival card at the airport, and Indonesia allows paying for a visa on arrival. The US and UK have no alternative — without authorization you do not board, and changing a flight costs far more than the fee. If that is where you are, talk to us before you change the ticket.

Why file through us when you are in a hurry

Not because we can speed up the authorities — nobody can. Because when you have two days, the difference between approved and stuck is a form filled in correctly the first time. We check every field against the passport before filing, and that is exactly what avoids the manual review that would eat the time you do not have.

Frequently asked

Can I pay to expedite?
No. No country sells a fast track for electronic authorizations. Anyone promising one is selling you something they do not have.
I filed and heard nothing. What now?
Most approvals return within hours. Beyond 24 hours usually means manual review — at that point, prepare for the possibility that it will not arrive in time.
Can I board and hope for the best?
No. The airline checks at check-in and will not board you — they are the ones who get fined.
My flight is tomorrow morning.
It is still worth filing immediately — for most destinations the approval returns within hours. Tell us the destination and the flight time and we will say straight away whether it is realistic.
